Bush. Dry bean. Tan-yellow seeds with a grey eye-ring. Robust, beany flavor with a smooth texture. Average productivity. Can be eaten as a snap when young. Pods 4-5" long. 4-5 seeds per pod. Early maturing. Highly productive in 2020 at Heritage Farm. When Dorothy Beiswenger (MN BE D) began listing this variety in the 2006 SSE Yearbook, she described it as a family hierloom bean from friends in South Dakota. SSE Accession # 105552
