Shimmeig Craig

AKA Schimmeig Creg and Shmmeig Creg. A stunning, firm-fleshed Tom Wagner tomato that holds its shape when cooked. Its firm skin supports the filling, while the outer color looks stunning on a plate. Heavy producer of red fruit with bright orange vertical stripes. Interior is pinkish-red, three chambered, solid. Medium juicy, very strong tomato flavor, not at all sweet. Also a good paste tomato due to flavor, although a bit juicier than some. Indeterminate, regular leaf.Y ields 13 kg/30 lbs per plant.
