Hurd White

Crunchy and flavorful, albeit short, heirloom variety. Mature cucumbers are pale-green to white in color, measure 3.2-4.3" long by 1.3-2.2" wide, and weigh 2-6 ounces. Thin-skinned and midseason maturing, this variety produced average yields when grown at SSE in 2013. I had low yield in 2025 which may have been due to heat and drought. Delicious to eat fresh from the garden.
