Double Rich

Oblate (flattened), pink, globe tomato. Fasciation uncommon. Indeterminate growth habit. Regular leaves. Flower stigmas highly inserted. Good flavor; moderately sweet; slightly tart; medium acid; skin not noticeable. Fruit measure 2.1-2.8" long by 2-3.2" wide and weigh 3-8oz. Mid-season maturing. Donated to SSE by Katherine Adam (AR AD K) who indicated this variety was developed by Dr. Edward Tigchelaar, a professor at Purdue University. SSE Accession # 121716
