Trinidad Scorpion, Chocolate

This is the chocolate-brown variant of the potent Trinidad scorpion pepper (Capsicum chinense), generally rated at 1.4 million Scovilles. It is a beautiful pepper, wrinkled with a dark red-brown coloration; it is prolific and a bit larger than the usual Scorpion. I have noted germination is not always great and the seedlings can be weak looking. I have learned to plant lots of seeds and then cherry pick the seedlings I want.
