Extra Long Purple

Market mature fruit purple-black, elongate and slightly curved. A few prickles on the pedicle and calyx. Light green colored flesh. Market mature fruit measure 6-10.5" long, 1.2-1.75" wide, and weigh 3-5.5 oz. Seed mature fruit yellow-brown and measure 7.5-11.4" long, 1.5-2.5" wide, and weigh up to 14 oz. Plants have purple stems, dark violet petioles, and leaves that range from dark green with slight dark purple coloring to mostly dark purple with dark green coloring. Plants 26-35" tall.
