Reticulatus melon. This melon is very aromatic and moderately sweet. Reportedly this as a honey-like flavor, though disease during the 2021 growout at Heritiage Farm affected flavor. The large fruit is elliptical in shape and yellow at maturity with moderate ribbing. The fruit does not slip from the vine when it is ripe. Fruit measures 7" in width, 10-11" in length, and 6-9 lbs.
