Boneset - Eupatorium perfoliatum

The pure white flowers, blooms in late summer. A large perennial wildflower, Eupatorium perfoliatum is closely related to the Joe-Pye-weeds, and will occasionally grow up to 6 feet, but is typically around 4 feet tall. Can tolerate some shade but does best in full sun. Host plant for the Spring Azure butterfly, the Boneset Borer, and Three-lined flower moth To support our ever-growing seed bank, we barter for seeds! Any type of seed is fine as long as it is organic and can be grown in zone 6a or colder.
