Fortna White Pumpkin

Single Image
VEGETABLES / SQUASH
C.-ARGYROSPERMA
According to Seed Savers Exchange this variety was grown by the late Wayne Fortna of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania for nearly 50 years. This variety was highly productive for me despite squash bugs attacking the plants. Silver mottling on the leaves. The fruits seemed to be quite variable with some being white with a short neck and some having a much longer neck and being tan. This variety is more of a cushaw type, than a pumpkin.
