Rose Hill Pink Plum

This variety is a large, round to slightly oblong, pink cherry tomato. I thought this variety had a very mild flavor. I did like how large the tomatoes were for a cherry tomato. According to Seed Savers Exchange this variety was donated to Seed Savers by Exchange lister Jean Patten of Mulvane, Kansas in the early 1980s. Jean said she had grown and saved seed from this heirloom for at least 20 years and most of the other gardeners she know also loved to grow it. Jean originally received the seed from Mrs. Jesse Mackay of Rose Hill, Kansas. Mrs. Mackay acquired the variety from her father-in-law. This variety has regular leaves. Indeterminate.
