Indet. Regular leaf. Medium-plus vigor. Beefsteak fruit are very resistant to sunscald despite vines wilting during periods of high heat. Sets fruit singly or in clusters up to five. Ripens from green to dark yellow., with yellow-green interior and occasional light-pink blushing in the center. Seeds are medium-large and encased in green gel. Fruit are round, flat, with mostly moderated ribbing at the stem end. Blossom end varies from almost completely clean to extensive vertical or occasionally round blossom end scarring. Good split resistance. Meaty, not too juicy. Flavor is classic "green" tomato, mild, not too sweet, with a hint of lemon. Thick skin.
