Ruby Gold

Indet. Regular leaf. Very vigorous vines. Large flat beefsteak, almost completely yellow throughout when ripe, with a very few faint pink blushes inside. Very meaty. Fruit contain a small quantity of small seeds. Prone to catfacing. Fruit hang on to stems very tightly, even when ripe, and need to be clipped from vines, and stems removed with pliers or pulled out along with the core. Heavy bearer even in partial shade, late into the season. Subacid, mild, not sweet. A good yellow slicer with nice classic tomato finish.
