Indet. Regular leaf. Medium vigor. Deep pinkish-red, smooth skin, elongated oxheart type with flat stem end, pointed blossom end. 3" (8 cm) long, 2" (5 1/2 cm) wide . No blossom end rot at all--very welcome on a pointed tomato. Average crack resistance. Unlike many heirlooms with the same inverted teardrop shape, this one one is free of greenish yellow unripe shoulders, ripening uniformly and reducing waste. Meaty, not overly juicy. Few seeds; seeds are large. Excellent robust flavor, not too sweet, not too acid. Great for eating fresh slices and a stellar paste tomato.
