Amish

I'm not positive which type this one is. Many sources list "Amish" as a Rocambole. My first year with it I assumed it was an artichoke, as only a few developed scapes, but this year most of them bolted. I'm still not fully convinced it's a Rocambole, but we'll see what the next year brings. Avg. 32.5 g/bulb in 2025, 20.7 g in 2024.
