Black Mexican Turtle

Classic boxy smaller, but rich and filling black bean. Delicious in so many culinary dishes with other veggies, meats or alone. Excellent dry bean that stores and keeps well for over a year. Grows well into summer in a colder climate and matures with crisp pods easily thrushed.
