Single Image
VEGETABLES / POTATO
Organic Listing
Very beautiful potatoes. Long, oval, with white flesh and vibrantly colored skin of light ochre with large splashes and blotches of bright dark rose. Relatively smooth, with few shallow eyes, and of really good cooking quality boiled. Thin skin, flaky, with a mild nutty flavor. Marc Warshaw's Quebec was obtained by Seeds of Diversity Canada member Marc Warshaw of Buckland, Quebec, Canada from a local farmer who grew it for many years but was unable to provide any verifiable historical documentation for it.
