Donna Kokish White

Pole. Snap bean. Crisp, juicy pod with good flavor. Best when cooked. Very long, flat green immature pods are moderately constricted and curved. Fully expanded pods measure 6.7-10.0" long and 0.6-0.7" wide. Mature pods are yellow. Strongly climbing plants have white flowers. 7-9 seeds per pod. Large kidney shaped white seeds. Average productivity when grown on Heritage Farm in 2018. Snaps in mid July. Donated to SSE by Dorothy Beiswenger (MN BE D) who indicated this bean is from a friend and that it was "preserved in the Kokish Family." SSE Accession # 105032
