Climbing bean, plants grow 10' tall with lots of pods 10" long, noted for fleshy stringless pods, also be used as shelling a bean, good yields & rust resistant. Flattish white seeds. Originally developed in West Australia in the 1930s to cope with hot dry conditions From Bill Hankin (AUSL HA B) of the Heritage Seed Curators Association in Lobethal, South Australia, Australia. Bill appears to have introduced this variety in the 1995 SSE Yearbook Exchange where he stated it was: "originally dev. in West Australia in the 1930s to cope with hot dry conditions."
