Snow pea. A stellar multi-purpose variety! Top-performer at Heritage Farm. Deliciously sweet at pod and shelling stages; retains its tastiness for a long while. Crisp, juicy, and refreshing. Straight green pods average 3.2" long and 0.6" wide. 2 pods per peduncle. White flowers. Suitable for containers, with plants averaging 1.6' tall. Wrinkled, muted green, medium-sized seeds. No dry seed harvest in 2025 due to birds. Vigorous and productive. Early season maturing. Donated to SSE circa 2002 by Jim Tjepkema (MN TJ J) who got this variety from Johnny's Selected Seeds (CV Jo1). SSE Accession # 115880
