PI 120630 (Turkey)

This soup pea variety has tall plants, 5.5-6 ft, and pigmented flowers. The pods contain 5-6 peas per pod and measure 2.5-3" long and 0.5" wide. The plants usually have one pod per peduncle, though rarely they have two. Though it is a snow pea type, we do not recommend eating it as a snow pea due to rather astringent flavor. This vigorous variety has medium-high productivity. Late maturing variety. SSE Accession # 115132
