Goliath

Indeterminate, large pink beefsteak that is slightly underproductive and matures mid-season. Flavor is rather mild with low sweetness and acidity. Fruits measure 2.5-3 inches long by 3.5-4.5 inches wide, weigh 7-18 ounces, and are slightly ribbed at the top. Plants are 4.5-5.5 ft. tall with dense foliage and produce an average of 2 fruits per cluster. In 2020 HF trials, this variety showed a high splitting tendency, radial cracking and had a BRIX of 5.9.
