Roots white with purple shoulders. Half-buried in soil. Nice shape - triangular to round. Smooth skin. Little to no root forking. Roots average 4.5" long x 3" in diameter and weigh ~1lb. Sweet with mild flavor and slight bitterness. Creamy, smooth texture. Leaves have purple petioles and a drooping growth habit.
