UNSORTED-PEPPERS
A wild pepper that grows in the Southwest US and Mexico. Plants are very bushy and scraggly. Small, pea-sized fruit mature from green to red. Fruit are erect and prolific. Medium-hot with very little flesh and numerous seeds. Can be pickled in vinegar and eaten with vegetables or dried and ground and added as a spice. Requires a long growing season.
