Skerry Blue is only offered as a Tuber. Skerry Blue is on year two of it's planting cycle here on Heritage Farm. With beautiful light purple to lavender skin and yellow-cream skin, Skerry Blue is a beautiful potato. These tubers are usually 3-5 cm long, with a round to oblong, slightly compressed shape.
