Skerry Blue

Gorgeous lavender--blue tubers have smooth to fairly flaky skin and honeycream flesh. Tuber shape ranges from round to oblong to slightly compressed. Tubers measure 1.1-1.9" long, 1.2-1.7" wide, and weigh 0.6-1.5 ounces. An intermediate number of eyes are evenly distributed across the tuber and vary in depth from intermediate to deep. During 2025 harvest, firm tubers were free from hollow heart and internal necrosis. Skerry Blue is only offered as a Tuber. Skerry Blue is on year two of it's planting cycle here on Heritage Farm, and was started from virus-free tissue culture in 2024.
