Kerr's Pink

Kerr's Pink has a lovely tan skin with a light pink hue, coupled with cream colored flesh. The skin is somewhat smooth with some netting. Oblate tubers measured 1.1-1.9" long, 1.2-2" wide, and weighed 0.5-2.4 ounces. Few shallow eyes are evenly distributed across the tubers. At time of 2025 harvest, there was no sign of cracking, hollow heart, or internal necrosis. Kerr's Pink is only offered as a Tuber. This variety is on it's second year of the planting cycle here on Heritage Farm. Kerr's Pink was started from virus-free tissue culture in 2024.
