Bicolor beefsteak tomato, with yellow on top and red on the bottom. Fruit measure 2.7-3.4" long, 3.5-5.5" wide, and weigh up to over 2 pounds. Tends to retain green shoulders at maturity. 2-4 fruits per cluster. Indeterminate plants with standard leaves and slightly exserted styles. Average productivity when grown in 2016 at Heritage Farm. Low vigor and productivity when grown in a high tunnel in 2025. Low acid, sweet, and juicy. Winner of the 2025 Seed Savers Exchange Tomato Tasting! Given to SSE by James Patterson.
