Beefsteak tomato. Pink flattened fruit have solid green to green streaks at the top and measure 2.5-3 inches long, 3.5-5.3 inches wide, and weigh up to 20 ounces. Fruit in clusters of 1-4. Indeterminate plants with potato leaf and styles the same level as the stamens. Severe cracking and splitting. BRIX reading 6.2. A bit early season and low productivity when grown in 2016 at Heritage Farm. This is was one of the most liked tomatoes of 2016. Great balance of sweet and acid flavors.
