Petrovskaja

Yellow roots tinged with green at the stem end. Very flat roots, almost concave at the base. Roots average 1.8" long, 3.3" wide, and 0.6lbs. Excellent eating qualities, smooth, buttery yellow flesh, sweet with slightly bitter aftertaste. Long, lobed, green leaves. Mid-maturing.
