Long and slender roots with a slight taper. High quality, uniform roots. Excellent flavor and texture. Smooth, white skin. Deep, medium-width crown. Roots measured 9-13" long and 1.7-2.6" wide and weighed 0.4-0.7lbs at the end of the season. Little to no branching when grown in raised beds in 2015 at Heritage Farm. No canker symptoms.
