Rocket

Small berried, early garden pea. Yellow-green, fat pods, 2-2.5 inches long. 3-6 peas/pod. Pods are easy to find due to small foliage. Peas have good eating qualities: good flavor, slightly sweet, slightly starchy. Generally one pod per peduncle (two is rare). Short plants, 1.5-2 feet tall. Somewhat spindly. Silvered leaves. White flowers. Fine tendrils. Slightly below average productivity. Green, wrinkled seeds. SSE Accession # 115258
