VEGETABLES / PEPPER
HOT
This is a variety of bird’s eye pepper that is personal to my family. When my wife first arrived in the US, we began gardening together. We found some Birds Eye peppers and she told me they seem just like the ones she eats in the Philippines, so we saved the seeds, and we’ve been growing them in our garden ever since. They are little fiery red peppers on dwarfed plants that don’t get much bigger than about a foot tall. We plant 20 to 30 of these plants, and we get a nice pretty sea of green going, decorated in red ornaments as the peppers begin to ripen. This is one of my favorite plants to grow, as we actually use these in our day to day cooking. You’ll receive 12 seeds, enough to grow a few plants and share some seeds with your spicy friends. Don’t forget to save some seeds for the next year.
