Sweet, cherry-type pepper. C. annuum. Round to slightly flattened, erect fruit ripen from green to red. Fruit measure 1-2in long; ~2in wide; and weigh around 1oz. Smooth skin. Thick flesh. Brix score: 6.9. Small, green, sparsely branched plants grow up to 1.5ft tall and very erect. Moderately productive when grown in 2015 at Heritage Farm. Early maturing. According to one source, this is great for stuffing with egg salad. This variety was donated to SSE circa 2007 by Robert Johnson (NC JO R2) of Walnut Cove, NC who acquired it from Virginia Parrish. Robert indicated the variety has been grown locally for over 50 years, and the last 25 years by Virginia's church ladies. SSE Accession # 118447
