Trapps Downing Yellow Globe

A high quality, yellow onion with dark bronze skin. Excellent keeper. Uniform, medium-sized globes. 2-2.5 inches long, 2.5 inches wide. Thick skins. Yellow flesh. Great flavor. Sweet and moderately pungent. Slender, erect, green foliage. Narrow neck. Long day. This was a favorite of an Enza Zaden onion breeder who conducted a trial with it. SSE Accession # 132947
