Loose leaf. Slight butterhead tendency. Light green, obovate leaves. Moderate leaf margin undulation and leaf blade blistering. Plants average 3" tall and 11" in diameter. Largest leaves average 5.6" long by 4.6" wide. Performed well in 2012 drought year at Heritage Farm. Standard flavor. Outer leaves slightly tough, bitter. Mid-season maturing. Given to SSE by Deno Curris; this variety is from the USSR. SSE Accession # 111761
