Histon Early

Plants indeterminate 3.5' tall with regular leaves. Flowers with inserted stigmas. Round red angular fruits 1.5-2" in diameter. Very prolific. Small blossom scar and no cracking. Donated to SSE in the early 1980s by Edward Smith (CA SM E) who acquired this variety from the English seed company, Unwins (CV Unw). SSE Accession # 121507
