Broomcorn sorghum. Plants with 1-3 flowering stems and measure 9-11.5 feet tall. Inflorescences not exserted and are up to 1.75 feet in length. Ovate shaped seeds reddish brown with brown glumes. Up to 2300 grains per panicle. Difficult to thresh. Mid-season flowering when grown in 2016 at Heritage Farm. Acquired by SSE in 2004 from Shane Murphy (CA MU S), who acquired it from the Abundant Life Seed Foundation (CV Abu) in 2001. SSE Accession # 119306
