Pineapple Pig

Large fruits are cream with yellow stripes and often a rose blush on the bottom and supposed to be around a pound each. Meaty flesh is sweet with no acidic flavor. Have noticed in my garden that it is hard to get one of these that looks pretty – have has many brown lines/scars along the line where fruits fuse together from fasciation of the flowers. Fruits are still good, but just need to be peeled a little. The minor cosmetic issue is worth it for the flavor. Also, due to the fusing, the fruits are usually around 2 pounds. Regular leaves, indeterminate. About 95 days to maturity after transplanting.
