Gorgeous, tiny green fruits with purple-blushed husks. Fruit shape round to slightly flattened. Fruit shape round to slightly flattened and average 0.75" long by 0.86" wide. Bright, sweet flavor. Moderately tart. Vigorous plants reach 4.3' tall by 6.2' wide. Perfect for popping into your mouth or enjoying on a salad. High productivity when grown in 2024 at Heritage Farm. P. philadelphica. Donated to SSE circa 2004 by Exchange lister Lois Ray (OR RA L) who began offering the variety in the Yearbook in the mid 1990s.
