Yellow Rocket

{iBarbarea vulgaris var. arcuata} A variety of winter cress; common in Ozarks region. often found in fields and parks, or grown in gardens. Small seeds like arugula. Good source of edible salad greens in winter and early spring, but bitter at other times. Bears yellow, mustard-like flowers in huge cluster stalks which look like broccoli raab. Order after April 1 for fresh seeds.
