Buschol Kurbis Naked Seeded

Naked seeded squash. Eaten for its seeds which have no seed coat. Large, flat seeds are tender and delicious with a nutty flavor. Fruit are variable in size, shape, and especially color. Color ranges from solid beige to golden, to light orange to dark orange. Other fruit have dark green stripes with an orange base color. Fruit are slightly oblate to round, measuring 5-7 inches long, 6-8 inches wide, and weigh 4-7 pounds. Very tough skin. Difficult to cut into. Stringy flesh is not for eating. Moderately productive.
