Thai, Orange

Long, thin, dark orange pepper. Similar in size and shape to a cayenne, but orange. 2.5-3.5 inches long, 0.75 inches wide. Thin walls, few seeds, semi-wrinkled skin, extensive placenta. Bland flavor. Moderately hot. Immature fruit are dark green. Plants have an erect growth habit with a fair amount of branching. 2-2.5 feet tall. Leaves and stems slightly fuzzy. Low productivity in northeast Iowa.
