Pea Bean Turkey

Pole Dry. Very productive plants produce 4 - 5 inch pods that develop a lumpy look as the seeds form. Seeds are sort of ovoid with occasional flattened ends. White base with large maroon red eye patch and some satellite spotting in the white area. Purchased in a shop in Antalya, Turkey by a fellow from the Netherlands and acquired by a bean friend T. Rosamilia of Catasauqua, Pennsylvania who I got them from in 2017. Conversed by email with a fellow from England about this bean. He describes the same bean as Pean Bean that has been grown in England for over 400 years.
