Ancho Gigantea

C. annuum. Hot pepper. Medium heat, crunchy, juicy and moderately sweet. Dark green broadly triangular fruit mature to a deep red. Fruit have smooth skin and minor corking. Mature fruit measure 3.0-4.6" long, 2.0-2.6" wide, and weigh 2.2-3.6oz. Fruit have moderately thick walls and are moderately to highly seedy. Intermediate branching, erect plants measure 3.0-3.3' tall. Green stems. White flowers. Highly productive when grown on Heritage Farm in 2023. Excellent for stuffing. Late maturing.
