Chinese Salad Mallow

Very productive source of greens, in good conditions can grow huge plants. I blanch and freeze it for winter. You can keep harvesting greens till well after the first frost. If self-sows but hasn't been a nuisance so far. Actually I find the self-sown plants the healthiest and most productive and may just rely on those. Seed is from 2023 but stored cool and dry lasts a very long time.
