12-18" compact bushes, sweet flat-leafed parsley from Hungary. Very cold tolerant and uniform plants. Selected by chefs in 2012 from a USDA collection from 10 different countries for flavor, texture and sweetness. Resistant to Xanthamonas, a common bacterial disease of parsley.
