Red Garnet

Brilliant red plumes on sturdy red stalks. Appearance is much like 'Hopi Red Dye' and can be used for water-based dyeing. Leaves of small plants are great in salads (lovely color), and the white seeds can be prepared like quinois or ground into flour. Birds love them too. I obtained this variety from a microgreens kit and it is red from the start - even at the microgreens stage. 2026 Seed.
