Nantes Frubund (Fast Crop)

Medium-tapered, orange roots. Smooth skin; straight; little to no root forking; pointed ends; uniform roots. Rounded/conical shoulders with strong green exterior and interior coloration at stem end. Uniformly orange inner and outer cores. Roots measure 4-6" long, 1-1.2" wide, and 1-2.3oz at end of season. Low splitting, bolting frequency when grown in 2014 at Heritage Farm. Very good eating qualities. Sweet and juicy; crunchy. SSE Accession # 106914
