Pole Dry. A lovely bean in which it's name translates to ‘The Madonna’s Eye’ and is part of the Monstrance group of beans of the same legend. A pristine, gorgeous white bean with a coal black marking around the eye. Nice production, top quality seeds. It is a later maturing variety. Rare, from Valpiano Italy 2018.
