SNAP-POLE
Pole Snap Zona Upchurch is a bean known for its potential as a good snap bean, featuring fat, thick pods. This Appalachian variety is named after a woman who cultivated these beans, which have a fine purple spray concentrated at one end of the cream-colored seed, resembling Ohio Pole. Although it matures later than some other varieties, Zona Upchurch is quite productive.
