VEGETABLES / LEEK
This perennial leek is said to originate in France.
It is a perennial leek that once you cut it to ground, next year new leek plants pop up in its place. Same happens after this leek flowers and sets bulbils. The main leek dies and a few new ones start growing right next it. Most descriptions of this leek say it is bigger than Babington leek, but I find it actually smaller than Babington. This listing is for bulbils. They should be planted in ground. First spring the new growth is very small, almost looks like grass. The plants dry up for summer and come back up in late fall. It takes two to three years for full flowering/harvesting size to be achieved.
This listing is for 10 bulbils until I run out.
